We deliver Sarees, Salwar, Lehnga and other apparels and accessories all over the world.

We have business collaboration with top shipping companies like FEDEX, TNT and DHL to ensure the timely and economic delivery of the products around the world.

We request you to provide us your full street address with pin code/zip code and to kindly make sure that someone is there to receive the package when courier delivery is attempted.

Deliveries are generally made during normal working hours of courier companies and these vary from country to country. No deliveries are made on Saturdays and Sundays in most countries where they follow five-day work culture. But, sometimes we try to organize deliveries on Saturdays also on some extra cost on case-to-case basis.

Please note that no shipments are made from the store on Sundays and public holidays as our logistics partner, does not make any pick-ups on those days.

CALCULATING COST:

The shipping charges are weight based. The weight of any product can be found on its detail page. To match the policies of the shipping companies, all weights will be rounded up to the next 500 grams.

International shipping and handling rate is based on the size of your order. The larger you order, the lower the rate.

TThere are no shipping charges applied for deliveries made in India.

SHIPPING GIFTS TO INDIA:

We ensure the quickest confirmed free delivery all over India. Please include the complete postal address with the correct pin code and recipient's phone number. We cannot be responsible for postal delays resulting from incomplete address listing.

Please be aware that all the shipments to any girl’s college/school/hostel are placed at the customer’s risk. If the school’s warden refused to accept the package for any reason, we will under no circumstances issue a refund or credit to the customer’s account, nor shall we will attempt re-shipment of the same order.

For a special or preferred delivery date, the sender must mention the delivery date in the special instrcutions box in order form while placing their order. If the order does not contain any delivery date, then we will deliver it at the first opportunity, as soon as possible. We don not guarantee delivery on exact mentioned date but will try our best to match the same.

TRANSIT TIMES & TRANSIT RISKS:

We have the options of top class shipping companies like FEDEX, TNT, DHL, Blue Dart ( in India) and Speed Post ( in India). On request, we can also make special quotes for shipping if the merchandise order amount is large.

If you order two or more items, you may receive them in multiple boxes on different days because of varying item availability and shipping locations. Often, products are shipped separately from one another for added safety in transit, so you may receive more than one delivery to your address.

We deliver all parcels as fully insured at no extra cost to consumers. However, if Courier Company fails to deliver, you do not suffer any lose. In transit, risk is all ours. But we will not be responsible for lost and stolen packages or any full or partial damages to the package after being left at customer’s address by postal/courier agency.

SHIPMENT & TRACKING DETAILS:

We will inform you by an email regarding the shipment of your order, as soon as the items are handed over to the courier. This information will contain the tracking number and courier company’s website details along with expected date of delivery.

Tracking numbers for order shipped might take 24 business hours to become active on the courier websites.

INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS:

Please note that some courier companies charge a penalty for incorrect shipping address wherein the address and zip code do not match. Then the customer will have to bear the unexpected cost of such penalties. Please make sure your shipping address is correct.

In the event of reshipment of the same order, customers will be responsible to pay reshipping charges for the reshipment.

VAT & CUSTOM DUTIES:

VAT / Custom Taxes and Import Duties are not in our control. They vary according to the rules of different countries and must be paid directly to by the buyers. VAT / Custom Taxes and Import Duties are not included in our ordering process, but may be charged to you by your government.

International customers are responsible for any customs and duty fees levied by their country. We have no control over these charges, as policies vary greatly from nation to nation.

The courier company may also charge some additional charges over and above custom duty on case-to-case basis.
