When you shop with us, we want you to be completely satisfied. Our primary priority is your shopping satisfaction. Global Fashion House is customer focused. We will never want our customer to be in such situation that they will want to return or exchange our product. Our quality department checks each product that leaves our store for shipping. So chances of receiving a product less than the perfect will be very rare. However, still if you are not happy due to some unforeseen situation with our products, then the following terms apply for a mutually consented solution for the situation.
If you don’t like what we have sent you, let us know by email and we will try our best to find a solution. If an item you ordered from Global Fashion House is not up to mark as per your expectation, do write to us and we will gladly assist you.
We take sever measures to assure that the items delivered to you are in perfect condition. However there is a remote possibility that:
* The item may be damaged during carriage.
* Or there might be a manufacturing defect.
* Or that a wrong item is delivered to you by mistake.
If you have received a damaged item or if the item you have received was not the one that you have ordered or if it was misrepresented on our site, please contact us via email within 24 hours of your receipt of the product. It is important that you save all packing materials as well as the item itself. When you reach us, we will give you instructions on how to proceed so that we may provide you the best replacement service as early as possible
Helpful Guidelines on Return:
* When you have a problem email us instantly on www.globalsaredelivery.com.
* If unsatisfied with the Sari, the concerned consignee should mail us within 24 hours from the time of delivery mentioning the faults clearly.
* Do not send the item back without consulting us. No credit or replacement shall be given on such item.
* Be as specific as possible about all problems associated with a single order, as all returned items are examined for defects / variations.
* Proof of delivery is required by registered airmail / courier with returned items.
* The customer is liable to bear the “To & Fro” courier expenses for the returned / cancelled orders.
* Kindly return the item within 7 working days of confirmation from our end. Be sure that the item is with original packing & in original condition (kindly no worn, washed, used or altered items). Please ensure to include a copy of the invoice you received.
* We will take immediate steps to prevent such problems after examining the garment you returned.
* Make sure to send back the items through reliable courier agency only and forward the tracking details to us and keep the airway bill till it gets delivered to us.
* Please mark the items as defective returns and not for sale.
While Global Fashion House takes utmost precaution in appropriately packing all products for safe delivery, customers can return products, incase:
* Damaged goods are delivered.
* Delivery of wrong items.
* Defective product.
* Found to be short in quality
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear at the site. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor will display the color accurately. We wish to clarify and ascertain that every customer who orders any outfit from Global Fashion House is aware of this genuine problem.
Our return policy is a result of our confidence in our products. Every product is checked thrice before shipping. Since we handpick our stock, the first quality check takes place during procurement at our expert’s premises. The second check takes place before those products are entered into our stock database and are displayed online. The final and the most important quality check takes place before the products are shipped to the customer. |
