1. How to order?

Ans: All enquiries on our services and orders are handled via email and phone. Please login to avail the facilities of MEMBERS AREA like ordering items, tracking previous orders, viewing offers etc. So you have to go to LOGIN and new user should register them by clicking on REGISTRATION option and fill up the details.

2. How do I make payments?

Ans: You can make the payment by credit card online & wire transfer.

3. Is my credit card number secure?

Ans: Your credit card is accepted through the SSL protocol. All transactions are secured, powered by CGI script capable of processing credit card transactions insuring that the information is encrypted before it is transmitted.

3. How is the item delivered?

Ans: All the items are delivered through our logistics partner Blue dart, TNT, DTDC, Professional couriers.

4. How much time do you take to deliver after the payment has been made?

Ans: It will take 2 to 3 working days to deliver the same.

5. Is there any kind of Import Duty / Vat / Custom Tax on receiving products?

Ans: Yes there may be Import Duty / Vat / Custom Tax and must be paid directly by you. Since these are not in our control and not even included in ordering process, Government may charge you there on receiving goods.

6. Will the price reduce over a period of time for the best selling items?

Ans: Normally we do not reduce the prices for these items unless they are put up for sale.

7. What if I cancel my order?

Ans:  All orders placed can be cancelled provided if the cancellation request is placed within 24 hours from the time of placing the order.

8. What about the privacy of my information?

Ans: We consider that the privacy of our customer is extremely important. We are in the business of serving you and not selling your information. Your name, address and credit card information are collected only to fulfill your order. We will occasionally send email to our customers notifying them of special promotions or significant changes to our website.
